How your monthly usage works
Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance. Your workspace shows the percentage used and remaining, with requests in progress shown separately. Usage resets each paid billing period; unused allowance does not roll over.
AI responses, AI-assisted prompt checks and file reviews count towards your allowance. Hosted code execution, image generation, local assurance checks and use of your own provider websites do not use this allowance.
Token estimates use DeepSeek V4.1 Flash at standard peak rates with an even split of input and output tokens. Actual usage depends on the model, input/output mix and caching, so the same allowance can cover different numbers of tokens. There are no automatic usage overages.
